Do the math first

How much is your line really costing you?

If line is a raw material for your business, every cent per yard compounds. Set your daily usage and what you pay today — the entry level of our range starts at 2¢ a yard.

10¢

2¢/yd is our entry-level line — a ceiling on the savings, not a quote. Most custom specs land higher, and your written quote depends on category, diameter and volume. This tool is here to show how much room there is — your written quote is the real number.

Who we serve

Three businesses run on our line

Different models, same truth: line is a cost center until your supplier treats it like your raw material. Find yourself below.

Build or spool with it

Makers & spooling services

Rig & terminal-tackle makers · spooling stations

Lower consumable cost, steadier output, batch-to-batch consistency
  • Big-brand bulk is expensive — and the supply is never steady
  • Batch quality drifts, and your finished rigs inherit the drift
  • Cheap coatings shed dye and grind down spooling machines
  • The sizes you actually need are always the ones out of stock
Run a business with it

Charters, clubs & tournaments

Charter captains · fishing clubs · tournament organizers

Happier clients, standardized gear, line costs under control
  • Weak line fails on the water — in front of paying customers
  • Short line life means constant respooling and downtime
  • Retail-priced consumables eat the operating budget
Brand & sell it

Retailers & tackle brands

Retailers · distributors · wholesalers · online tackle brands

Launch your own label faster, at real margins, with product that holds up
  • Private-label minimums are too high to test a market
  • Unstable quality kills repeat purchase — and your brand with it
  • Reselling the big names leaves no room for differentiation or margin
Products & solutions

One floor, three line categories, your spec

Braided line

Our flagship. 8-strand construction, 38 picks per inch — a tight, round profile that runs thinner, casts farther and holds its rating.

Fluorocarbon

Leader and mainline grades for rigs, spooling and private label — produced on the same floor, tested on the same bench.

Monofilament

Workhorse mono in bulk lengths and custom diameters, for spooling services and house-brand programs.

Packaging & go-to-market

In-house packaging design plus launch-ready visual assets, so your line arrives ready to sell — not just ready to ship.

Straight answers

Questions buyers actually ask

What's the minimum order for bulk spools?
One spool. Bulk starts at a single 1,000 m spool in your diameter, and scales from there. You don't need a container commitment to get factory-direct pricing.
What's the minimum for private label?
Trial runs start at 100 pieces with your label and packaging — low enough to validate a market before you commit real money to it.
Do you make braid, fluorocarbon and monofilament?
All three, on our own floor: braid from 3 to 1,000 lb, plus fluorocarbon and monofilament in bulk lengths and custom diameters from 0.02 to 0.5 mm.
Is the rated strength real?
Every batch goes on a calibrated pull tester before shipping, and measured breaks run 5–10% above the label rating — the label is a minimum we test to, not a marketing number. Batch data is available with your order.
How fast do you ship?
Standard orders dispatch in 7 days. Custom and private-label runs are scheduled when we quote, so you know the date before you commit. Delivery is door-to-door with duties handled.
How do I get a sample?
Use the form below. Tell us what you run through in a normal week and we'll match the sample to your use — spooling, rig building, on-the-water or retail.
